We take great care to display our garments and accessories as accurately as possible.
Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and the natural character of fabrics.
All pieces are made in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any item at any time.

3 – Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before an order is confirmed.

By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

Prices shown exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Promotions or discounts may change without notice.

4 – Shipping and Delivery

All orders are fulfilled through The Courier Guy.

Standard delivery (3–5 working days) applies to main centres nationwide.
A flat rate of R99 applies to local orders.
Orders over R1 800 qualify for free shipping.
Remote or outlying areas may carry an adjusted fee and take additional days.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
All deliveries follow The Courier Guy’s terms and schedules. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for courier or customs delays once parcels have left our premises.

5 – Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day free exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size subject to availability. Items should be unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging.
