Cancellation Policy

Because 31 Threads pieces are made in small, limited batches, we prepare orders with care as soon as they are placed. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order.

Standard orders (in-stock items)

  • You may request to cancel your order before it has been packed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been packed, shipped, or marked as ready for collection, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a size exchange in line with our Returns Policy.

  • To request a cancellation, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at {{ shop.email }} with your order number as soon as possible.

Gift cards

  • Digital gift cards are processed and issued immediately after purchase.

  • Once a gift card has been created and emailed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

  • Gift cards are treated as a method of payment and can be used on eligible products on our online store.
